Information You Provide
When you submit the Request a Quote form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number and company (if provided), the service you're interested in (if selected), and your project details.
Information Collected Automatically
When you submit the form, we also automatically capture your IP address, an approximate location derived from that IP (city, region, and country level — not precise), your browser's user agent string, and the page that referred you to the site. This is used to help us assess and follow up on inquiries, and to help identify spam or fraudulent submissions.
How We Use This Information
Submitted information is sent directly to our team by email and used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use Resend to deliver the email generated by form submissions, and a third-party IP geolocation lookup service to resolve the approximate location described above. Your IP address is sent to that service for this purpose.
Data Retention
We don't maintain a separate marketing database. Submitted information is retained in our business email inbox, subject to our normal email retention practices.
